By placing an order with BSKT, you acknowledge and agree to the return, refund, and warranty terms outlined below.

1.1 — Return Window

Non‑returnable: Custom‑made, sales and special‑order items.
Returnable: Standard products. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Email ceo@bsktdesign.com to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original or approved packaging.

Exchanges require returning the original item following the standard return process. Once the return is accepted, customers may place a new order for the replacement item.

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and ensure the carrier documents the damage on their delivery paperwork.
If the carrier does not record the damage at delivery, BSKT cannot issue a refund or replacement.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations of custom products.
Refunds are issued only after the product is safely returned and inspected.
Customers are responsible for secure packaging during return shipping.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank.
Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non‑refundable.
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees paid at delivery are not reimbursed.

Sale items are not covered by any warranty and are not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.

BSKT is not responsible for orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, tariffs, or government taxes. In such cases, we will not refund or resend the product.
